I have had the privilege of working with American Dental Staffing as a Registered Dental Hygienist since March 2017. My employment with ADS has given me access to many opportunities to work flexible hours in various dental practices throughout Memphis and surrounding cities. I’ve gained exposure/hands on experience with a diverse array of doctors/patients, new dental software systems, and unique dental equipment. My working relationship with Renee Topham and her team at American Dental Staffing is focused on increasing our graduate placement rate in both our dental assistant and dental hygiene programs. Since our partnership Renee Topham has created a database that tracks and monitor’s placements, interviews, and job assignments of Concorde graduates. I was thrilled when Renee and her team hired 10 dental graduates within a month and eagerly made me aware of the service she provided to them.
